After a long fight with cancer, one of Atlanta’s most well-known media characters has died.
The family of radio presenter Silas “SiMan Baby” Alexander, III revealed his death on Twitter on Wednesday.
“We are at peace knowing that he can now rest after a heroic battle with pancreatic cancer,” the family stated in a statement.
Alexander revealed in September that he had been diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer.
